I’ve known since the age of 14 that I wanted to become a psychologist, and following that intuition was one of the best decisions I’ve made! My therapeutic approach is grounded in kindness and authenticity, creating a safe space to explore your experiences and reconnect with who you truly are.
My own path of growth led me to discover yoga in Indonesia, a practice that deepened my understanding of the mind–body connection. Today, I integrate psychology and yoga to help others find balance, awareness, and inner peace.

With over ten years of experience as a project manager, leading teams and working in sales, I bring structure, clarity, and a strategic mindset to my coaching practice.
As a coach, my role is to guide individuals who feel stuck to move forward and reach their goals. I do this by creating a space where you can explore freely, reflect deeply, and turn awareness into concrete actions — because I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness, honesty, and clarity.
